CCF and Remembrance Day Parade
Magnificently led by the Corps of Drums, 275 cadets formed a very large section of the town’s Remembrance Day Parade and Service on Sunday 11th November. The attendance by cadets and their families was outstanding as was the standard of dress and drill. The greatest compliment of all came from the Leicester Mercury who captioned a photograph of our marching cadets as “Soldiers”, testimony to the bearing of all involved. Congratulations to all but especially to the Senior Cadets who set such a superb example by their leadership.
The whole School paid its respect to our fallen comrades during Friday’s assembly at which Head Boy, William Throp, laid a wreath at the Hodson Hall War Memorial.
